Our mission
We address the legal needs of our clients stemming from
their activities in the United States, including obtaining non-immigrant visa
or immigrant visa, setting a corporation, setting an E-2 investment,
negotiating a
real estate
transaction, obtaining a divorce, negotiating child custody and
alimony, setting up a prenuptial agreement, creating an international
will, administering an estate, or getting proper compensation
for a personal
injury or a breach of contract.
We represent the interests of our clients before federal agencies, the
courts of the United States, Washington DC and Maryland.

Firm Profile
The firm was founded in 1997 by two attorneys, Pierre
Choné and Bruno Mauprivez, both French speaking attorney trained
in
American law schools who, together, had more than 15 years of
experience in the practice of law.
Memberships include: American Bar Association (ABA),
American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Association of Trial
Lawyers of America (ATLA), District of Columbia Bar, Maryland Bar
Association and Pennsylvania Bar. The firm is also accredited by the
French Embassy in Washington D.C.
We have represented many satisfied individuals, small
companies, multinational corporations, associations and non-profit
