Our mission
We address the legal needs of our clients stemming from their
activities in the United States, including obtaining non-immigrant
visa or immigrant visa, setting up a corporation, setting up
an E-2 investment, negotiating a real estate transaction, obtaining
a divorce, negotiating child custody and alimony, preparing
a prenuptial agreement, creating an international
will,
administering
an estate, or getting proper compensation for a personal injury
or a breach of contract.
We represent the interests of our clients before federal agencies and
the courts of the United States, Washington DC and Maryland.

Firm Profile
The firm was founded in 1997 by two attorneys, Pierre Choné and
Bruno Mauprivez, both French speaking attorneys trained in
American law schools who, together, had more than 15 years
of experience
in the practice of law.
Since 2005 Pierre Choné has been designated "avocat conseil" of the French Consulate in Washington DC. He is rated BV by Lexis-Nexis Peer Review with "Very High Legal Ability & Ethical Standards".
We have represented many satisfied individuals, small companies,
multinational corporations, associations and non-profit organizations.
Our entire development strategy is based on providing the greatest
satisfaction possible to each client.
Memberships include: American Bar Association (ABA), American
Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Association of Trial
